So i would urge anyone who participates in manual labour or sporting activities to take a bath after your work put on some nice music ( i would recommend explosions in the sky or sigur ros) possibly a candle or two ( i haven't done this yet but im sure it would be nice) and some nice bubble bath especially Radox!!!

Hows things going sir john? hope all is well in belfast.
aye things are good, have alot to catch up on! but will be back at the start of may or late april for a week probably as i need to get a job sorted and that sort of thing so will meet up then, will probably be in amsterdam til first week in june....
a pint of guinness will be had mate...
